This is a capacity building programme geared towards achieving the following objectives:
- To equip participants with the necessary tools and knowledge to conceptualize the IT framework of an eLearning project and to make sensible technological decisions before the acquisition of hardware and software.
- To equip participants with the necessary tools and knowledge to successfully develop an online course concept.
- To equip participants with skills required for management and administration of Learning Management Systems.
